Shipping and delivery time

Almost all of our articles are sent with GLS. Once your order has been sent, we will notify you by email. It also provides a hyperlink to track your package online. Please note that packages are offered on working days, Monday to Friday. You can indicate your work address as a delivery address if you wish.

If you are not at home, GLS offers the shipment twice more. If you also miss these deliveries, the package will be returned to Meijers. Gls can also deliver the package to one of your neighbors.

The shipping costs are displayed when you choose the shipping and payment method. The shipping costs depend on the order amount and the shipping and payment method. If you want to collect the items at our warehouse, you can do so by appointment. Your order, if in stock, will be shipped within 2 business days. Delivery time will depend on which country you live in.

Pay and Return
You can pay through IDEAL, prepayment, Credit card, PayPal and some other options depending on the country where you live.

IDEAL
IDEAL means that you pay for banking with internet and are offered by a number of banks, including ABN Amro, ING and Rabobank. IDEAL is a fast and safe way to pay. IDEAL is protected so that no misuse of your data can be created. The payments are processed by Multisafepay.

PREPAYMENT /TRANSFER          
prepayment/transfer, you will receive an email immediately after your order with information on how to transfer the amount to Multisafepay. Once Multisafepay has received the amount due, your order will be shipped, if in stock.

CREDIT CARD
Credit card payment is a common payment method on the Internet. As a credit card we accept VISA and Master Card. Payment via credit card is quick and secure. The payment is secured so that no misuse of your data can be made. Payments are handled by Multisafepay so that you are always assured of a secure payment.

PAYPAL
If paying with PayPal you will be transferred to PayPal’s website. Fill in your PayPal account password and press pay.

Returns

According to the Selling Act, you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 days after delivery of the product after making purchases with us. Within this period, a product may be returned without giving any reason, provided that it is in 100% new condition. You will have to pay the postage costs for returning the product. You can simply send us an email with your order number clearly stated in the subject of your email. Please indicate in this email what you wish to return and whether you wish to exchange it or have it credited. We will then e-mail you the return procedure. Shipping is always at the expense and risk of the sender. You also need to pack the package properly and frank it sufficiently. Insufficient / unstamped packages will be refused.

 

 

Warranty and Repair

On all articles you will receive a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

In the event of a manufacturing defect in an item, please contact Meijers Fit & Gezond. You need to hand over the article or send it postage paid and well packaged. Unstamped packages will always be refused. Any damage caused by transport is at the customer's risk.

When articles are offered for repair, and it turns out that the possible repair is not covered by the warranty, research costs can be charged (€ 30.00). If repairs are not covered by the warranty, you will receive a quotation for the repair. If you agree to the quotation for the repair, the item will be repaired. If you do not agree with the repair, you must first pay the examination fee before the item is returned.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY/PAYMENT FOR ONLINE ORDERS

  1. Definitions

In these general terms and conditions, the following meaning shall be given to the words below, unless it is clear from the context in which they are used that a different meaning must be attached to them.

Meijers: L.M. Meijers b.v. registered office in Roosteren and acting under the name MEIJERS.

Principal: the person who has entered into an agreement with Meijers, whether or not on its own behalf, for the delivery of goods and/or services, as well as any person who is placed in a legal relationship with Meijers by or in connection with an agreement entered into by Meijers.

 

  1. Applicable conditions

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all agreements between Meijers and the client, to the exclusion of any terms and conditions declared applicable by the client or the other party. In the event of any discrepancy between the Dutch text and a translation thereof, the Dutch text will be binding.

 

  1. Quotation

All prices mentioned in brochures, leaflets, etc. are indicative prices, which apply if and insofar as stocks last. Orders based on brochures, leaflets, etc. will be carried out at the prices specified at the time of the order, within the time limit set for that purpose. Only quotations made in writing are binding. Quotations other than those made in respect of orders other than those referred to above are binding for eight days.

Price indications and offers in the web shop include VAT.

 

  1. Agreements

The conclusion of an agreement requires a written order confirmation. An agreement will only be concluded if it has been confirmed in writing by Meijers within 8 days, or if Meijers has started to carry out the assignment.

 

  1. Delivery

All terms of delivery given by Meijers are estimated terms and will never be regarded as deadlines, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Shipping costs depend on the order amount and the country of destination. During the order process you can calculate the shipping costs. Offers may be subject to different rules, which are then explicitly stated.

 

  1. Returns

If a delivery does not meet your requirements, you can return it sufficiently stamped within 7 days. Only in consultation to the freepost number. Please contact us first, only shipments with a return number, will be received. For reimbursement, the product in original undamaged packaging, unused and in undamaged condition to be. Meijers reserves the right to deduct shipping costs and credit card companies (3-4%) from the amount to be refunded.

 

  1. Payment

Payment must be made within ten days of the invoice date, without compensation. Invoices, unless agreed otherwise in writing, will not be sent earlier than the day of delivery.

 

  1. Retention of title

The goods delivered by Meijers to the client will remain the property of Meijers until the client has fulfilled his payment obligations. If the client is in default, Meijers will be entitled to collect or take possession of the goods immediately from the client.

 

  1. Claims of third parties

The Principal indemnifies Meijers against all damages, consequences and claims of third parties arising from incorrect, misleading and/or incomplete statements, indications, information, communications and/or instructions made by or on behalf of the Principal.

 

  1. Forfeiture of claims

All claims against Meijers for compensation for damage, loss of third-party claims, fines or costs or otherwise will lapse if they are not notified to Meijers in writing within 30 days of delivery, or after the client became aware of the claim or should have been aware of it. Any claim against Meijers will in any event lapse if it is not prosecuted within six months of the date on which the claim arose.

 

  1. Liability

Meijers accepts no liability for consequential damage. In the event that Meijers is liable, this liability will in all cases be limited to a maximum of the agreed value of the delivery.

 

  1. Dissolution

Meijers is entitled to dissolve an agreement immediately, without notice of default and without judicial intervention in the event that the client applies for a suspension of payments, becomes bankrupt, goes into liquidation, is affected by a seizure of its goods, is placed under guardianship or otherwise loses the disposal of its assets or a substantial part thereof.

 

  1. Warranty

The manufacturer's warranty on goods delivered by Meijers, which is not transferable, is valid for one year, unless otherwise stated by Meijers in writing. The guarantee does not apply to goods that are used incorrectly other than as stated in the manual or instructions for use. There is no guarantee period for stretch material and elastic bands, with the exception of manufacturing defects. All costs incurred by Meijers in relation to the replacement/repair of goods that fall outside the warranty period will be charged to the buyer, shipping costs, delivery costs, materials and labour costs.

 

The guarantee lapses if necessary maintenance is not carried out, as stated in the instructions for use.

 

  1. Applicable law, competent court

All agreements between Meijers and the client are governed by Dutch law. All disputes that may arise between Meijers and the client and/or that are subject to these terms and conditions must be submitted to the competent court in the place where Meijers has its registered office in the Netherlands.
